  Two stars because the food is good. However, we've ordered takeaway twice from Thai Herb and turned up to pick it up 25 minutes later when they told us would be ready, only to be asked to pay and then told it will be "ready in a few minutes". We've then had to wait another 15-20 minutes before our food is ready. Once can be put down to a mistake, twice not.
  1. If it's going to be another 15 minutes, tell people that.
  2. If you're trying to avoid "no-shows" and it's your strategy to wait 'til people arrive to pick up their takeaway and pay before cooking their food, it's not acceptable to keep people waiting so long. We would've given you a credit card number over the phone and had the meals were ready when you said they were going to be, but now we will not be coming back to your restaurant.
